By downloading or using One More Word ("the App"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

One More Word is an English grammar learning game designed for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the App on any Apple device you own, in accordance with Apple's usage rules for the App Store.

2. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases, including subscriptions and consumable items. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• Refund requests should be directed to Apple, as we do not process payments directly.

3. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, characters, game design, and code, is the property of the developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App or its content.

4. User Data

Your game progress and settings are stored locally on your device. If iCloud is enabled, data may sync across your devices via your personal iCloud account. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or services
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Redistribute or sell the App or its content

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive to provide accurate English grammar content, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free. The App is intended as a learning aid and should not be considered a substitute for formal education.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or interruption of service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
