All game data (progress, scores, badges, settings, vocabulary) is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.
If you enable iCloud on your device, the App may sync your game progress across your devices using Apple's CloudKit. This data is stored in your personal iCloud account and is not accessible to us. Apple's iCloud privacy policy applies to this data.
The App offers optional in-app purchases processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We do not collect, store, or have access to any payment or financial information. All purchase management is handled by Apple. For refunds, please contact Apple directly.
We do not use any analytics, tracking, or advertising frameworks. The App does not contain any third-party SDKs that collect data. We do not track your usage, behavior, or any other activity.

The App is suitable for all ages. Since we do not collect any personal data, there are no special concerns regarding children's privacy. The App complies with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act).
